Seismic Evaluations
F&W has been involved with seismic investigations and retrofitting since it's inception. We are familiar with typical construction practices from earlier eras, as well as the latest strengthening techniques. Many of our retrofits have been accomplished while the facility is occupied and still in use. Our staff has been involved with laboratory testing and has authored numerous papers on the seismic performance of existing structural elements. We have provided evaluations and peer reviews of evaluations for both public and private organizations for both commercial and residential structures.
