Seb Ficcadenti, SE

Seb has over 40 years of experience in structural engineering design, evaluation, and retrofit of buildings. His background combines a strong technical knowledge with practical construction experience and effective communication skills. He has successfully applied innovative engineering solutions to a broad range of construction challenges as Engineer of Record on hundreds of building projects. Seb has also served as a forensic structural engineer, evaluating construction problems, insurance damage claims, and construction defect allegations. Many building owners request that he implement his recommended solution as the Engineer of Record. Additionally, Seb has conducted research and lectured on the behavior of timber residential structures, reinforced concrete structures, and post-tensioned concrete structures. Several of his research papers have been published.
