Garage Mahal
This project had several unique challenging features that are not part of a typical parking structure. The ground floor has a lobby area with a high-end finish, including a chandelier. The 7th level has a cooling tower that supports the hotel across the street.
Long Beach City College
FWC developed specialized support systems for several features on this project such as the solar panels on the roof and the decorative aluminum fins on the exterior.
LA Rams Stadium
FWC provided design and construction administration for this 3+ million square feet stadium all the way to end of construction.
